My aim is to identify and relieve muscular tightness and any trigger points throughout the horse's body, helping improve comfort, performance and overall wellbeing. 

 

During the initial appointment, I will carry out a comprehensive dynamic assessment before beginning any hands-on treatment. This includes observing your horse:

• Walking and trotting in hand.

• Rein back in hand

• Walking in small circles

This assessment allows me to identify any asymmetries, movement restrictions, or areas of concern before conducting a thorough palpation and massage treatment.

Following the assessment and treatment, I may recommend a tailored programme of stretches and exercises for you to carry out between appointments, depending on your horses individual needs and findings.

This initial appointment can take up to 90 minutes, depending on what I may find. Follow up appointments can be 45-60 minutes long.
